Flying Fitness
Before flying, go through an Activity Primers routine. Drink a lot of water a few hours before the flight and try to include an antioxidant complex with Vitamin C like Emergen-C.
Rest as much as possible. If it's a sleeping flight, hydrating and having a higher complex carbohydrate meal rich in antioxidants will help you to fall asleep on the plane. Oatmeal is always a good choice.
