Different Strokes

Ever wonder why your performance starts to lag? Sometimes it's due to overtraining or improper nutrition. Many times, however it stems from the body becoming stale due to performing the same exercises day in and day out. For a change of pace take an exercise you might normally perform, say a Chest Press on a machine, and switch it with a "Fit Ball Push Up to Pike".
