Medicine Ball Torso Rotation

DIFFICULTY LEVEL:

Easy

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:

Medicine Ball

STARTING POSITION

Stand with your feet shoulder width apart. Hold ball out in front of your body with elbows slightly bent.

PROCEDURE

  1. Rotate your torso to one side and then back to center.
  2. Repeat with the other side.
  3. Repeat for the suggested number of repetitions.

COACHING KEYS

  • Focus on using the abdominals not the arms to move the ball.
  • Move slowly from side to side.
