STARTING POSITION
Standing
PROCEDURE
- Begin with feet shoulder width apart and hands in the air out to one side of the body.
- Slowly bring the hands down across the body in a wood chopping motion.
- Slowly return to the starting position.
- Repeat for the suggested number of repetitions.
- Repeat with the other side.
COACHING KEYS
- As you are bringing the arms across the body lean into the opposing hip.
- Keep the abdominals tight or flexed./li>
