It hit 95 degrees in Chapel Hill, NC today-not the ideal temperature to run in. I laced up my shoes anyway and was quickly reminded why I recommend people hydrate before they exercise-especially in extreme heat. In short, I didn't consume enough fluids and was left feeling exhausted after only 3 miles. Check out this
