Barbell and Weighted Plates
Starting Position
Standing with bar in hands
Procedure
Begin by placing the barbell in the corner and stradle it. Or you can use a t-bar row plated machine.
1. Grab the barbell with both hands or use a V-grip attachment.
2. Flex (bend over) about 45 degrees at the trunk and take a slight bend to your knees.
3. Flex the abdominals and pull extend the barbell away from the body.
4. Pull the barbell towards the stomach

Keep the abdominals tight.
Focus on pulling the shoulder blades in towards the spine.
