Equipment Needed
Resistance Band
Starting Position
While standing secure one end of the band and hold the other end in one hand.
Procedure
- Stand sideways with the resisted hand on the same side as the band's attachment point.
- Bend your elbow to 90 degrees and rotate your arm so the hand moves into the body.
- Return to the starting position.
Coaching Keys
- Keep your shoulders down and relaxed.
- If there is a lot of space between your elbow and the side of your torso, roll up a towel and place it in the space between elbow and body.
