Equipment Needed
Fit Ball and Dumbbells
Starting Position
Lying with stomach and chest on fit ball.
Procedure
- Find the appropriately weighted dumbbells.
- Hold the dumbbells down in front of the body.
- Extend the arms forward and slightly out to the sides, making a "Y" out of your body.
- Return to the starting position
- Repeat.
Coaching Keys
- Keep the abdominals tight.
- Focus on contracting the muscles in the front part of the shoulders and upper-back.
