Fit Ball Push Up with Hands on Ball

Equipment Needed

Fit Ball

Starting Position

Find the correct size Fit Ball for your height. Place your hands on the ball and extend legs.

Procedure

 
  1. Slowly lower your chest to the ball by bending the elbows.
  2. Extend your arms to the starting position.
  3. Repeat for the suggested number of repetitions.

Coaching Keys

 
  • Keep your abdominals tight throughout the movement.
  • Keep your back as flat as possible.

In your chest, abdominals, shoulders, triceps, and total body.

Improves upper body and core strength endurance.
