Fit Ball
Starting Position
Find the correct size Fit Ball for your height. Place your hands on the ball and extend legs.
Procedure
- Slowly lower your chest to the ball by bending the elbows.
- Extend your arms to the starting position.
- Repeat for the suggested number of repetitions.

- Keep your abdominals tight throughout the movement.
- Keep your back as flat as possible.
