Cable Lateral Raise

Equipment Needed

Cable Pulley

Starting Position

Standing with cable handle in one hand.

Procedure

 
  1. Keeping your arms straight, lift the handle to the side, until the hand is in line with the shoulder.
  2. Slowly lower the arms to the starting position and repeat.

Coaching Keys

 
  • Keep the abdominals tight.
  • Do not raise the handles above shoulder level.

In your shoulders and abdominals.
