Starting Position
Standing with cable handle in one hand.
Procedure
- Keeping your arms straight, lift the handle to the side, until the hand is in line with the shoulder.
- Slowly lower the arms to the starting position and repeat.
Coaching Keys
- Keep the abdominals tight.
- Do not raise the handles above shoulder level.
