Single Leg BOSU Push Up

Equipment Needed

BOSU

Starting Position

Push Up Position with one foot on top of the BOSU

Procedure

  1. Place hands shoulder width apart.
  2. Lower your body downward making sure to keep your body parallel with the floor
  3. Return to the starting position.
  4. Switch your foot.
  5. Repeat for the suggested number of repetitions and then switch to the other foot.

Coaching Keys

  • Keep your body parallel with the floor.
  • Focus on using the chest, triceps and shoulders when performing the movement.
  • Keep the abdominals tight.

You Should Feel it...

In your chest, triceps, shoulders, hip flexors and abdominals

Exercise Purpose

Improves overall upper body and core strength and endurance.
