Overhead Medicine Ball Squat

Equipment Needed
Medicine Ball
Starting Position
Find the appropriately weighted medicine ball.
Put your arms in the air, holding medicine ball overhead.
Procedure
- Make sure to keep your arms back and overhead.
- Take a shoulder width stance with your feet.
- Squat down until you have a 90 degree bend at the knee
- Push upward until you reach the starting position.
- Repeat.
Coaching Keys
- Keep the pressure on the heels of your feet.
- Make sure to not let your arms and/or torso drop downward too far.

In your thighs, core and shoulders.
