Starting Position
Push Up Position with Feet on top of the BOSU
Procedure
- Place hands shoulder width apart.
- Lower your body downward making sure to keep your body parallel with the floor
- Return to the starting position.
- Repeat.
Coaching Keys
- Keep your body parallel with the floor.
- Focus on using the chest, triceps and shoulders when performing the movement.
- Keep the abdominals tight.
