Equipment Needed

Foam Roller

Starting Position

Place the foam roller on the ground and sit upright. Place one leg over the other putting pressure on the calf.

Procedure

  1. Masssage your calf by slowly moving up and down on the foam roller.
  2. Repeat with the other hip.

Coaching Keys

  • Find a tender spot and apply more pressure to it.

Improves flexibility and movement within the calf. Decreases pain and stiffness.
