Foam Roller
Starting Position
Place the foam roller on the ground and sit upright. Place one leg over the other putting pressure on the calf.
Procedure
- Masssage your calf by slowly moving up and down on the foam roller.
- Repeat with the other hip.

- Find a tender spot and apply more pressure to it.
