Starting Position

Standing

Procedure

 
  1. Tuck your chin into your chest.
  2. Place your hand behind your head and pull to the opposing side.
  3. Hold for 5 seconds, release and repeat for the suggested number of repetitions.

  • Make sure to keep your chin tucked into your chest.
