Starting Position
kneeling with hands on the ground about shoulder width apart
Procedure
- Move from a kneeling position to your feet, but maintain your hand position on the floor.
- Both heels of feet should be in the air with legs almost straight.
- Bring one foot behind the other and pull down on its heel, stretching the calf.
- Hold for the suggested period of time and repeat with the other calf.

- Keep abdominals tight.
- Keep a slight bend to your knee.
