Equipment Needed
Foam Roller
Starting Position
Place the foam roller on the ground and position your lower back on it. Extend your arms out to the sides of the body.
Procedure
- Masssage your lower to mid-back by slowly moving up and down on the foam roller.
- Press into the foam roller for a deeper "release".

- Find a tender spot and apply more pressure to it.
