Lateral Ski Jumps

Equipment Needed

Stick or Piece of Tape

Starting Position

Standing on one side of tape or bar.

Procedure

1. Squat down and bring your arms behind you.
2. Jump up and over the tape or bar forcefully driving your arms forward.
3. Land and compress softly into a squat position on the other side.
4. Repeat for suggested repetitions and sets.

Coaching Keys

Keep the abdominals tight.
Push from your hips.
Land softly.
