Equipment Needed
BOSU and Dumbbells
Starting Position
Standing beside BOSU with dumbbells in hands.
Procedure
- Make sure BOSU is blue side up.
- Step on to the BOSU with both feet.
- Get your balance.
- Center one foot on the BOSU and lift the other foot into the air.
- Stabilize and slowly squat downward as far as you can go without losing balance or form.
- Slowly push yourself back to the starting position and repeat.
- Repeat with other side.
Coaching Keys
- Get your balance before standing on one leg.
- Keep abdominals tight.
- Don't lean over too far at the waist.
