Equipment Needed
Fit Ball or DSL Ball and Medicine Bal
Starting Position
Find the correct size Fit Ball for your height and place it against a wall.
Procedure
- Using the wall for balance, hold a medicine ball in one hand and climb onto the Fit Ball with your knees on top.
- Hold onto the wall for balance until you feel comfortable.
- Let go of the wall and use your “core” to maintain your stability.
- Toss the medicine ball from your chest to the wall in a repetitive fashion
