Procedure
- Begin with feet shoulder width apart and medicine ball in the air out to one side of the body.
- Slowly bring the medicine ball down across the body in a wood chopping motion.
- Slowly return to the starting position.
- Repeat for the suggested number of repetitions.
- Repeat with the other side.
Coaching Keys
- As you are bringing the arms across the body lean into the opposing hip.
- Keep the abdominals tight or flexed.
