Medicine Ball Glute Bridge

Equipment Needed

Medicine Ball

Starting Position

Lying on your back

Procedure

1. Place a medicine ball underneath one foot.
2. Bring the opposing leg into the air.
3. Bridge upward, pushing your pelvis towards the ceiling.
4. Contract the glute
5. Return to the starting position.

Coaching Keys

  • Focus on contracting the glute.
  • Keep the abdominals tight.
