Fit Ball Roll Out

Equipment Needed

Fit Ball

Starting Position

Kneeling on floor.

Procedure

  1. Kneel on the ground and lay a fit ball in front of you.
  2. place your forearms on the fit ball.
  3. Roll the fit ball out in front of you.
  4. Use your abdominals to roll back to the starting position.
  5. Repeat for the suggested number of repetitions.

Coaching Keys

  • Keep the abdominals tight or flexed.
  • If you have lower-back issues don't perform this exercise.
