Cable Torso Rotation

Equipment Needed

Cable Pulley

Starting Position

Standing with both hands grabbing cable pulley handle.

Procedure

 
  1. Fully extend the arms and rotate to the torso to the opposing side of the body.
  2. Slowly return to the starting position.
  3. Slowly return the arm to the starting position.
  4. Repeat with the other side.
  5. Repeat for the suggested number of repetitions.

Coaching Keys

 
  • Keep the arms full extended.
  • Initiate the movement with the torso not the arms.
  • Keep the abdominals tight or flexed.

In your torso.
