BOSU
Starting Position
Hands on floor shoulder width apart.
Feet on floor shoulder width apart.
Procedure
- Start in a push up position
- Walk one hand on to the BOSU and follow with the other hand while moving your feet across at the same time.
- Walk one hand off the BOSU, followed by the other hand and feet.
- Repeat in the other direction.
Coaching Keys
- Keep your torso flat or parallel with the floor.
- Add a push up on either side to make more challenging.
- Keep the abdominals tight.
You Should Feel it...
In your chest, abdominals, shoulders, hip flexors.

Improves overall core and upper body strength and endurance.
