Starting Position

Lying on your back, place a small rolled-up towel long-way underneath your buttocks.

Procedure

  1. Keep your knees bent and your feet flat on the ground.
  2. Slide your buttocks from side to side.

Coaching Keys

  • Control your movement and keep it smooth
  • Limit jerky bouncy movements..

You Should Feel it...

Hips and Lower-Back.

Exercise Purpose

Improves hip and low back flexibility. This is important in helping prevent ski related injuries.
