Hand Walk

Starting Position

Standing

Procedure

  1. Bend over at waist and walk hands out into a pushup position.
  2. Keeping knees straight, walk feet towards hands.
  3. When stretch is felt, walk hands back out and repeat.

Coaching Keys

  • Keep legs straight.
  • Walk hands out overhead farther to make it more challenging.
  • Keep abs tight.

You Should Feel it...

Stretching hamstrings.

Exercise Purpose

Total body stretch.
